Motion approving the lease purchase of 140 golf carts for Oso and Gabe Lozano
golf courses in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0138-03 from E-Z-GO
Textron Gulf Coast of Hu;mble, Texas for the total amount of $290,240 based on
Iow bid meeting specifications. Financing has been budgeted by the Park and
Recreation Department in FY 2003-2004.

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury
to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated for any other purpose.

Texas for the total mount of $290,240 based on low bid meeting specification. Financing has been
