Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a 36 month
lease with Durrill Properties for the facility space to operate the Municipal
Juvenile Court in the amount of $96,717. The lease is subject to annual
appropriation of funds. The first yeaYs funds of $32,239 have been budgeted in
the FY 2003-2004 budget of the Corpus Christi Municipal Court through a state
grant for that purpose.
