Motion authorizing the C]ity Manager or his designee to execute all documents
necessary to accept andi implement the FY2003 Consolidated Annual Action
Plan for Community Plar~ning and Development (CPD) Programs that include the
Community Developmeqt Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG)
and Home Investment Partnership Programs (HOME).
