Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an amendment
to the Consulting Services Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and the
Corpus Christi Convention and Visitor's Bureau to allow the City of Corpus
Christi on behalf of the Corpus Christi International Airport and the Coastal Bend
Regional Tourism Council each to appoint one non-voting member to the
bureau's Board of Directors.
