Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract with Flinti Hills Resources, LP, of Corpus Christi, Texas for the
purchase of fee simple I~roperty rights to two tracts of land totaling 16.24 acres
located east of Carbon Plant Road and Hearns Ferry Road at the sales price of
$162,400 plus $2,000 in closing costs with payment being composed of $64,090
in cash and $98,310 in Vacated and abandoned street right-of-way; for the
construction of the Police and Fire Public Safety Training Facility, Phase 1,
Project No. 5118. (Bond Issue 2000)

for any other purpose.
