Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a First
Amendment to the Pre-Opening Services and Management Agreement for the
Corpus Christi Multi-Purpose Arena between the City of Corpus Christi and
SMG, Inc., of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to include the addition of management
services for the Bayfront Plaza Convention Center beginning January 1,2004.
