Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to negotiate an agreement
with the Downtown Management District and other appropriate agencies to jointly
fund a professional services contract to develop a master plan element for
Shoreline Boulevard and the Bayfront and prepare the necessary agreements
and contracts for City Council approval.
