13.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a $1,000 grant
from the Coastal Bend Alliance for Youth (CBAY) to be used toward counseling
for youth receiving case management services and for fundraising efforts to
provide services to youth served by the Juvenile Assessment Center.
