Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
2 to a contract with the University of Texas Marine Sciences Institute, of Austin,
Texas, in an amount not to exceed $191,545 for biological monitoring services
associated with the Rincon Bayou Diversion Project.
