Motion authorizing a maintenance agreement with Medtronic Physio-Control
Corporation of Redmond, Washington for testing and calibrating of automatic
external defibrillators for the Fire Department - Emergency Medical Service
based on sole source, for a total amount of $30,602. Funds have been
budgeted by the Fire Department in FY 2003-2004.

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury
to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated for any other purpose.
