Motion authorizing the purchase of an IP telephone system for the new Animal
and Vector Control Facility with Logicalis, of Houston, Texas in accordance with
the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program for a total amount of
$46,694.39. Funds have been budgeted by the Municipal Information Systems
Department in FY 2003-2004.

hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money required for the contract,
agreement, obligation or expeuditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified
below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for auy other purpose.
