Motion authorizing a three-year (3) contract with two (2) one-year options to
renew or until termination pursuant to the Agreement between the City of Corpus
Christi, Texas and Dennis A. Joiner & Associates to perform professional
services under this Agreement as an independent contractor for Fire and Police
Promotional Examinations and Assessment Centers for the City.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to thc City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required for thc
current fiscal year's portion oftbe contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the
Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for
any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
