Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
KIS-SSl, LLC, Joint Venture dba Kitchen Installation Services/Stafford-Smith,
Inc., of Houston, Texas in the amount of $1,219,122 for the Multi-Purpose Arena
and Convention Center Food Service Equipment.
