Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an engineering
services contract with Wilbur Smith Associates, Inc., of Dallas, Texas in an
amount not to exceed $32,500 for Parking, Roadway, and Traffic Study for the
Professional Minor League Baseball Stadium.
