Motion approving the purchase of audio video systems for the City Hall Sixth
Floor Conference Room, Council Chambers and associated Executive Session
Rooms from Visual Innovations Company, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas in
accordance with the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program for a total
amount of $115,939. Funds are available from the Time Warner and
ClearSource franchise agreement grant.
