Motion approving the purchase of a twelve passenger Ford E350 Van and a Ford
Police Interceptor Crown Victoria vehicle from the Houston-Galveston Area
Council of Governments (HGAC) for the total amount of $37,974.75. The award
is based on the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with HGAC. These vehicles
will be used by the Aviation Department. Funds are available in FY 2003-2004
Aviation Capital Reserve Budget Fund No. 4611. The van is an addition to the
fleet and the vehicle is a replacement to the fleet.

hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money required for the contract,
agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund
specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.

Interceptor Crown Victoria vehicte from the Houston-Galveston Area Council of Governments (H-GAC),
