Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 9 with R.S. Black Engineers & Constructors, of Corpus Christi, Texas in the
amount of $40,306 for the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant High Service
Pump Building No. 2 Pump Modifications (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation
Systems Upgrade).
