Motion approving the Street Construction Deferment Agreement between the
City of Corpus Christi and Hogan Development Company, L.P. in the amount of
$102,727.21 for the future street construction improvements to Cimarron
Boulevard, an urban collector roadway, in accordance with the Platting
Ordinance.
