Motion approving the Street Construction Deferment Agreement between the
City of Corpus Christi and The Most Reverend Edmond Carmody, D.D., Bishop
of the Diocese of Corpus Christi, a Corporate Sole, and His Successors in
Office, in the amount of $23,113.61 for the future street construction
improvements to Cimarron Boulevard, an urban collector roadway, in
accordance with the Platting Ordinance.
