Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
1 with Roots Foster Associates Architects, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas for a
total fee of $61,000, and for a total re-stated contract fee of $66,800 for the
Corpus Christi Magistration/Detention Center Study/Report Project.
