Motion approving the purchase of fifteen (15) vehicles from the Houston-
Galveston Area Council of Government (HGAC) for the amount of $203,851.30.
The award is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement with HGAC.
These vehicles will be used by the Police and Fire Departments. Funds are
available from the FY 2003-2004 Fire Department Stations Operating Budget
and the 2003 Law Enforcement Block Grant. These items will be replacements
to the fleet.

hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money required for the contract,
agreement, obligatiou or expenditure describcd below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified
below, from which it is to be drawn, and bas not been appropriated for any other purpose.
