Motion approving the Deferment Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi
and Davis Net Lease No. 1, L.P., developer of future Lot lA, Block 4, Nueces
River Irrigation Park in the amount of $7,527.68 cash for the future construction
improvements including curbs, gutters and sidewalks along County Road 50, in
accordance with the Platting Ordinance.
