Motion approving the Deferment Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi
and Davis Net Lease No. 1, L.P., developer of future Lot lA, Block 4, Nueces
River Irrigation Park, in the amount of $24,364.23 for the future improvements
including construction of street, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, storm water sewer and
water lines along County Road 50, in accordance with the Platting Ordinance.
