Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Construction and Reimbursement
Agreement submitted by Mostaghasi Investment Trust, owner and developer of
King's Point Unit 4 Subdivision, for the installation of 1,238 linear feet of an off-
site 24-inch PVC gravity sanitary sewer trunk main along Cimarron Boulevard
between Yorktown Boulevard and Ditch 31.
