Motion approving a supply agreement with Envirosolve, of Tulsa, Oklahoma for
the collection, transportation, and disposal of household hazardous waste in
accordance with Request for Proposal No. B1-0013-04 for an estimated three-
year expenditure of $333,058. The term of the contract will be for three years,
subject to annual appropriations, with an option to extend the contract for up to
two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and
the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by the Storm
Water Department in FY 2003-2004.

hereby certify to thc City Council and other appropriate officer that the money required for the contract,
agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified
below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
