Motion approving the lease purchase of one (1) ambulance from Wheeled
Coach, of Odando, Florida based on the cooperative purchasing agreement with
the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (TLGPC) and the lease
purchase of Ericsson radios and fire com system from Dailey Wells
Communications, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas based on sole source for a total
amount of $150,364, of which $16,000 has been budgeted in FY 2003-2004.
The ambulance will be used by the Fire Department. This unit is a replacement.
Financing will be provided through the City's lease/purchase financing program.

hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money required for the contract,
agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified
below, t¥om which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
