Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
15 to the Engineering Services Contract with Shiner, Moseley and Associates,
Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas in an amount not to exceed $1,181,100 for the
design and construction phase services for the Seawall South Reach Project.

required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
