Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract with Melesio G. Rivera and wife, Ygnacia Reyes Rivera in the
amount of $43,000 plus $1,500 in closing costs and an additional amount not to
exceed $22,500 for relocation assistance in connection with a replacement
dwelling, all for the purchase of fee simple property rights for Parcel 8, being all
of Lots 3 and 4, Block 4, H.E. Lurer Partition, with street address of 2016
Marguerite Street, necessary for the Garcia Arts Center Area Street
Improvements, Phase 2.

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
