Motion approving the purchase of eighteen (18) riding mowers from John Deere
Commercial, of Cary, North Carolina, in accordance with the cooperative
purchasing agreement with the Texas Local Government Purchasing
Cooperative (TLGPC) for a total amount of $101,236.50. The riding mowers will
be used by the Park and Recreation Department. Funds are available in the FY
2003-2004 Park Operations Budget.

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for thc contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury
to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated for any other purpose.
