Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with Planned Parenthood of South Texas, Inc. to provide $4,7'30 from the FY
2003-2004 Weed and Seed Program to implement collaborative partnerships
with existing community programs to provide after school, weekend and summer
programs in Site 1 North. The goal is to reduce at-risk behaviors including drug
and alcohol use and teen pregnancy among Weed and Seed adolescents.
