Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with The Boy Scouts of America-South Texas Council to provide $1,113 from the
FY 2003-2004 Weed and Seed Program to implement their learning for life
program in the targeted census tracts through the Corpus Christi Independent
School District locations.
