Motion authorizing the City manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with YMCA to provide $10,000 from the FY 2003-2004 Weed and Seed Program
to implement prevention programs. The Coles Prime Time Program (licensed
childcare after-school) Summer Basketball League and Summer Swim Program.
