Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with Metro Ministries of Corpus Christi to provide $8,333 from the FY 2003-2004
Weed and Seed Program to implement basic health care services that help to fill
the gap in services, stabilize the client's health situation and allow them the
opportunity to focus on the social and financial problems that typically
accompany homelessness.
