Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with Fighting To Rid Gangs in America Foundation to provide $14,397 from the
FY 2003-2004 Weed and Seed Program to implement after school and weekend
alternative activities at their activity center classrooms, gym, and computer
center.
