Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement
with God's Gym to provide $11,000 from the FY 2003-2004 Weed and Seed
Program to implement after school programs for youth to participate in
developing and enhancing their artistic skills, fitness and conditioning workshops,
mentoring and tutoring assistance.
