Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with
Shell Land Development Management Company, Inc. (Developer), in the amount
of $236,356.39 for the future street construction improvements including street
pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalks, storm water, sanitary sewer and water
lines along the extension of Acushnet Drive and Kram Road adjacent to Lot 2,
Block 8, Saratoga Weber Plaza in accordance with the Platting Ordinance
Section V-Required Improvements, Subsection A.3.
