Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the
legal services agreement with James R. Bray to represent the City in
negotiations with AEP Central Power and Light Company for a new
franchise agreement, for legal work relating to the implementation of
uniform pipeline fees, and other ongoing projects, at an hourly rate of
$50.00, plus expenses, subject to certification of funds.
