Motion approving the purchase of two (2) sport utility vehicles (SUV's) from the
Houston-Galveston Area Council of Government (HGAC), for the total amount of
$51,581.40. The award is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement with
HGAC. The vehicles will be used by the Police Department. Funding is
available from the FY 2003-2004 Capital Outlay Budget in the Maintenance
Services Fund.

agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified
below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
