Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 3 to the contract with Reynolds, Inc., of Orleans, Indiana in the amount of
$199,061 for Broadway Basin SSO-I/I and Rehabilitation Stage 2-A Rebid for
immediate and necessary repairs to severely deteriorated collection system
major trunk lines.
