Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with
Hogan Development Company, L.P. (Developer) in the amount of $728,481.66
for public improvements including street pavement, curb, gutter, and sidewalks
and storm water lines for the future street construction improvements to Corsica
Road, Spanish Wood Drive, and Tapestry Street within the Barclay Grove, Unit 9
A Subdivision, in accordance with the Platting Ordinance Section V-Required
Improvements, Subsection A.3.b.
