Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute two Utility
Easement instruments with Ann Hardy Brat"ton, Individually and as Independent
Executrix of the Estate of Mark P. Bratton, for Parcels 401 and 411, in the total
amount of $41,937, both parcels necessary for the Southside Water
Transmission Main, Phase 4a, Project and for other municipal purposes.
