Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
5 to the Contract for Professional Services with Urban Engineering, Inc. in the
amount of $71,625, for a total restated fee of $1,813,398, for the Weber Road
16-inch Diameter Water Line from Aaron Drive to County Road 43 associated
with the Southside Water Transmission Main, Phases 2, 2A and 3 Project.
