Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a lease
agreement with Wilson Plaza Associates, L.P. for a seven year term, beginning
at $44,172 per year and providing for an annual adjustment for 3,681 net
rentable square feet from September 1,2004 through August 31,2011 for the
City Detention and Magistration Center.
