Motion approving a supply agreement with Ridgeway's, Corpus Christi, Texas for
blueprinting service in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0057-04, based on
Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $125,000, of which $31,250 is
budgeted in FY 2003-2004. The term of the agreement will be for twelve months
with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month pedods subject to
the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have
been budgeted by the using departments in FY 2003-2004.

1, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized representative),
hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money required for the contract,
agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified
below, from which it is to be drawu, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
