Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Second
Amendment to the Pre-Opening Services and Management Agreement for the
Corpus Christi Multi-Purpose Arena between the City of Corpus Chdsti and
SMG, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to include the assignment of the naming
rights for the Multi-Purpose Arena and Convention Center.
