Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
1 to the Contract for Professional Services with LNV Engineering, Inc., of
Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $107,650, for a total restated fee of
$229,850 for the Area Street and Drainage Improvements along the following
streets: (bounded by Sunnybrook, Evelyn, Gollihar, and Kostoryz)

for any other purpose.
