18.b. Motion authorizing the City Manager and the City's attorneys to take the following
actions:
(1) Revoke or terminate revocable easements and use privilege agreements
with pipeline companies that use or occupy City's rights--of-way, utility
easements, and other City properties without adequate compensation to the City.
(2) Meet with the Port Industries of Corpus Chdsti and pipeline industry to
explain basis for City's action and the need to develop fair and equitable annual
fees for use of City's rights-of-way, utility easements, and other properties.
(3) Attempt to reach long term settlement agreements with the pipeline
companies for pdor and on-going use of City's rights-of-way, utility easements,
and other properties.
