Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Collier, Johnson & Woods, of Corpus Chdsti, Texas for an amount not to exceed
of $130,000 to perform the financial and compliance audit requirements for fiscal
year 2000. The term of the contract shall be for one year with an option to
extend for up to four additional one-year periods.
