Motion approving payment of $16,958.07 developer's contribution from The
Fellowship of Oso Creek Church, Lot 14, Section 25, Flour Bluff and Encinal
Farm and Garden Tract from the No. 4730 Infrastructure Fund to Mark Bratton
Estate (Trustee) for disbursement to the appropriate Funding Owners, in
accordance with the Offsite Drainage Development Contract, Master Plan
Drainage Channel No. 31, between the City of Corpus Christi and Trustee.
