Motion approving a supply agreement with Code Blue Police Supply, of San
Antonio, Texas for soft body armor in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0095-
04, based on best value for an estimated annual expenditure of $119,856. The
term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up
to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier
and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are available from the Law
Enforcement Trust Fund.
